Welcome to Zelorivique. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, booking consultations, and the purchase of our local cruise services in Hong Kong. By accessing our website or booking a consultation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Please read them cautiously. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
The Website displays information regarding the 10 specific cruises and charter options offered by the Company. While we strive to maintain accurate and updated information regarding routes, vessel specifications, and general availability, all details on the Website are for informational purposes only. A binding agreement is only formed upon written confirmation and payment at our physical office.
Customers can browse the Website to view details of our 10 cruises and book a consultation call or in-person meeting.
The online consultation booking does not constitute a final cruise booking, reservation, or allotment of a vessel. No cruise dates or rates are locked in during the online scheduling phase.
To finalize a cruise, you must visit our physical office at:
Zelorivique
Harbour Commercial Building, 122 Connaught Rd Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
During this visit, our representatives will work with you to build a tailored itinerary based on your specific requirements. We will calculate and provide the total cost based on the finalized schedule, duration, and vessel choice.
To complete and confirm your booking, the total quoted amount must be paid in full at our office during your visit.
A cruise booking is considered official and complete only after the full cash payment is received and a physical receipt is issued by our representative. Once paid, your selected departure date and time are protected.
Zelorivique operates local cruises exclusively within the territorial waters of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
Cruises are structured as single-day itineraries or multi-day voyages within local boundaries.
We offer private cruise charters. Under a charter agreement, customers have the liberty to customize their travel route, timing, and activities, subject to safety regulations and the operational limitations of the vessel.
All cancellations must be formally communicated to us via email at cruise@zelorivique.com or in person at our office. The refund eligibility is determined by the exact time the cancellation notice is received relative to the scheduled cruise departure time.
The following refund structure applies to all standard and charter bookings:
| Time of Cancellation Notice | Refund Eligibility |
|---|---|
| More than 48 hours before scheduled departure | Full Refund |
| Between 24 and 48 hours before scheduled departure | 50% Refund (50% fee retained) |
| Less than 24 hours before scheduled departure | 0% Refund (No refund given) |
You must inform us of a cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Any notice received less than 24 hours prior to departure will result in a total forfeiture of the paid amount, and no refund will be issued.
If a customer fails to arrive at the designated departure point at the scheduled time, it will be classified as a "No-Show." No-shows are considered as immediate cancellations made under the 24-hour mark. No refunds, adjustments, or rescheduling options will be provided.
Accepted refunds will be processed using one of the following two methods, depending on the preference of the customer:
If you request a refund via bank transfer, you must provide your bank account details to us via email at cruise@zelorivique.com after your cancellation request is corroborated and accepted. The Company will transfer the applicable amount directly to the designated local bank account.
If you select a cash refund, you must physically visit our office at Harbor Commercial Building, 122 Connaught Rd Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. The accepted refund amount will be handed over in cash upon corroboration of identity and the original payment receipt.
We value your privacy and handle all personal information in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
Zelorivique complies with all safety maritime ordinances of Hong Kong. However, the Company is not liable for delays, route changes, or cancellations resulting from adverse weather conditions, instructions from marine authorities, mechanical issues, or other force majeure events. In such instances, alternative arrangements or partial refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis under local regulations.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, website usage, or cruise bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
